Technical Recruitment Consultant - Kidderminster & Warwickshire

Opportunities in both locations

Market Leading Technical Recruitment Business who are specialists in Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering and IT Recruitment.

• Basic Negotiable and dependant on experience (£18k - £25k - potentially more for the right individuals)

Our client is a very established technical recruitment business who is keen to add to their established team. They have 2 offices at the moment which holds a team of 20. The staff turnover in this business is extremely low and one of the main contributing factors to this is that they have a great working environment and reward their staff well in terms of remuneration and the benefits they offer.

We are specifically keen on hearing from recruiters who have a consultative approach - with the aim of building long-term and rewarding relationships with clients and candidates alike. They have used this approach since they have been established, and due to this are continuing to receive repeat business from clients and candidates both in the UK and overseas.

We are keen on hearing from experienced recruitment consultants from any background, and it is desirable that you have some knowledge of the engineering sectors. You must be self-sufficient and be able to think and react to situations that arise, this is not a role where you will be forced to achieve KPIs or micro-managed.
