Our client, based in the heart of Leeds, has provided a search service to many professional services clients for the last decade. They have a hard working and successful culture. They specialise in niche market recruitment and handle both retained and contingency assignments.
They are wishing to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to work as part of this expanding team. The aim of the role is to map, search, headhunt and place candidates within the Construction Sector, understand the requirements and needs of the clients and ensure that all candidates receive the highest possible customer service.
You will be responsible for developing the database, selling the services of our client to local and national and international business and achieving both activity and financial targets set.
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism.
The ability to build relationships, plan, sell and think around problems is essential.
