The Package:Basic salary 23-28K per annum OTE 34KBenefits include: Bonuses, Share Options, Pension scheme, Personal Health Insurance, 25 days annual leav plus bank holidays Full driving license and car is essential.
The Role:Our client wishes to enhance their Notttingham based recruitment team with the addition of an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consutlant.Daily duties will include the management and growth of existing accounts always offering clients a diverse range of recruitment and personnel service solutions.You will have responsibility for the recruitment and management of Temporary workers for the purposes of matching them to client openings across the region. You will be working within a successful recruitment team - where you will be able to learn something new everyday.Those who apply will have previous experience in Customer Services or Telesales and a desire to work within the recruitment environment.The right candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, drive, determination, have the ability to work well within a strong team environment.
