Recruitment Consultants - Driving - Birmingham / LeicesterThe Package:Basic salary between 15-20K depending on ability and proven recruitment history. Bonus to 3% of GP, Company pension and Private Health Insurance after a qualifying period. 20 days annual leave rising.
The Opportunity:
Due to natural growth a number of positions are available within our client's Coventry & Leicester offices. They are seeking sales proficient Recruitment Consultants to work in their driving desks.Consultants are responsible for obtaining maximum business levels by selling driving recruitment solutions over the telephone and face to face using targets as set by Branch Manager. Offering a quality service to clients by selecting driving applicants through good job matching and tight control. Monitoring contractors' performances daily and weekly to ensure that the client and contractors are consistently satisfied. Controlling administration of contract staff efficiently, whilst complying with legal and company standards. Recruit and sustain a workforce by interview and selection of quality applicants. Advertise for a workforce in such a manner that will generate the largest/best quality response whilst complying with company and legal requirements. Generate a good rapport with all user clients. Achieve targets and adhere to agreed work/ action plans. Comply with all legal requirements.
