A leading provider on the new Government Work Programme are seeking a new team member to engage with local employers to assist the long term unemployed back into work.  Your role will be to build up a portfolio of local employers across the Kent region to supply a free recruitment service, so new business skills are key. You will liaise closely with the Job Coach team, who work with clients daily to progress them closer to the job market and develop key skills.  You will focus on job-ready clients that are ready for the workplace, and meet with and supply a bespoke recruitment service to local businesses.

To apply for this role, you must have a sales background within business to business sales, ideally within the Recruitment or Welfare to Work Sector with a track record of excellent results behind you.  Our client has an excellent reputation for maximising staff potential and is seeking career-focussed individuals to match their expectations.
