Education Recruiter-Islington 25k + You Will be an experienced Education recruiter with proven billings and knowledge of the market. You are looking to move into a business where you can make an impact You will be tenacious in approach and confident (it can be daunting being on the phone in an office of only 5!!). You are confident and credible and your energy and enthusiasm is infectious (but not over the top) Hours are typically 7.30 am- 5.30 pm but there is flexibility depending on the time of year. The Client A relativity new business established in February 2007, this business prides itself on quality and professionalism. This is an excellent opportunity to get stuck in and have a real impact in the direction and strategy of a business. Working with two entrepreneurial directors you will hit the ground running in terms of billings and developing business. You will influence their structure and culture. They are looking for a leader of the future! You can help where this business goes direction wise which is unique-you won't be a number, you can have real impact. If you are someone who looks at the bigger picture then this company could be for you. Looking to grow by a further 13 head in the next year and move into new offices, the chance for a management career is wholly possible Competitive salary and packages with the option to obtain shares in 12-24 months if you are money hungry and driven by success then this company and meet that need. Working with primary and secondary schools (contract 70% perm 30%), this company has already established the reputation with key clients as a professional and quality driven business. They are proud REC members and are in the process of their application for Investors in People award and Quality Assurance Stamp of approval. They meet and consult with all of their candidates, really matching teachers to schools and vice versa. This is a company who take the consultative approach to sales and recruitment. They donate a percentage of their monthly profits to an African Education charity and really strive to be a company that is socially responsible even at this embryonic stage. Commission- no threshold, individual scheme and paid monthly. 0-10 10% 10-15 15% Up to 30% uncapped The environment is supportive but not KPI driven. You are accountable for your own desk and developing your business. You will be handed some warm accounts in additional to developing your own business. Culture wise you won't find consultants ranting and raving or standing on chairs. It's a small office, looking to increase its sales buzz by growing in the next year. Yes there are incentives including free breakfast, trips away (they are going to Venice for their Christmas party) but they are more about motivating an individual rather than a team of robots!
