Education Recruitment Consultant - City - Circa £30K - £55K OTE + Benefits + Bonus + Good Hours Your Profile We are currently seeking a graduate or a graduate equivalent with an out going personality that is driven, engaging and articulate. Experience as an education recruitment consultant is required as is hunger for success, self motivation and is tenacious. This opportunity will offer structured and targeted career progression along with award winning training. For candidates that want to progress through to senior management level based on their own merit will be successful in this organisation. The Role The role of this recruitment consultant position will incorporate the full life cycle. Therefore you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for your current roles. Also cold calling, business development and face to face client meetings plus negotiating contracts. The market within education is fast paced and highly demanding, to be successful you will need to be a good communicator, well organised and a team player.
