My client is a leader in Education recruitment, and is looking for bright, enthusiastic individuals to join their successful team to train and develop as a recruitment consultant. No knowledge is required, however, you must be able to show you are able to work in a busy team environment and work to deadlines and targets.

Main Duties

• To recruit and vet teachers, nursery nurses and teaching assistants available for work in your area.
• To constantly looking for new ways of increasing your candidate pools by marketing, advertising and promoting the business
• To provide educational establishments with a professional agency staff
• To establish and maintain active working relationships with candidates and clients
• To acquire long term bookings and fill them with suitable candidates
• Make outbound sale calls to potential schools explaining the benefits of using the company for their supply needs
• To communicate effectively with teachers and head teachers

You will be offered unrivalled commission and salary, with 25 days holiday, and late starts during half term and school holidays. To apply you must be bright, enthusiastic and have a desire to succeed in education  recruitment. You must have some experience in customer driven service environment. You will be able to listen and have excellent communication skills, as well being able to forge and maintain relationships over the telephone. You will be graduate or graduate calibre, and although you may have no formal experience in recruitment, must be able to demonstrate that you can work well in a team and happy to work hard. You must have a solid work history and be able to explain at interview why you want a career in education recruitment.
