A rare opportunity has arisen for a talented sales person to join a market leading recruitment consultancy based in Manchester city centre.
Our client is an award winning niche market recruiter who due to continued success in their respective sectors is now looking to add to their phenomenally successful teams of consultants.
Vacancies exist in their education, professional services and high end engineering divisions.
This is a full 360 recruitment role, you will be heavily involved in winning and maximising new and existing business opportunities through sales calls, client visits, presentations, writing proposals and providing solutions to clients recruitment problems.
Account management is another key aspect to this role as you will be charged with building a strong rapport and business relationship with the client, always being at hand to provide the solution necessary to fix any issues that may arise and offer the best possible customer experience.
Finally you will be responsible for finding suitable candidates to fill the vacant roles within your client's organisations and mentoring them through the selection process, you will plan recruitment campaigns, search through the job boards and work on getting referrals from companies and candidates alike, your interpersonal and rapport building skills will be tested to the full.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre or have at least 12 months business to business sales experience. You must have drive in abundance, be resilient, ambitious, money motivated and hungry for success.
