Recruitment Consultant - Clinical Diagnostics

Basic salary to £18,000 - £30,000 (Basic salary is in line with experience)

Our client is an established and reputable brand within the Scientific and Life Sciences Recruitment sector. They are a small independent operation with a fabulous international reputation. As a result of objective achievement and business growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a self motivated and talented Recruitment Consultant to specialise within the Clinical Diagnostics Sector.

The Recruitment Consultant Role

They are looking for a professional Recruitment Consultant who enjoys working in consultative environment with strong sales and service based skills.

The Role involves:-

• Development of a profitable desk through continuous business development, ensuring customer requirements are met timely and efficiently
• Networking and generation of new candidates in order to fulfil client requirements
• Development of relationships with candidates and clients alike
• Negotiation of terms
• Interviewing of candidates in order to ascertain their requirements

The Successful candidate:-

• Will have a relevant recruitment experience.
• Will have a friendly and personable approach, and have strong time management skills with the ability to listen carefully to client and candidate requirements
• Will be tenacious, bright, confident, determined, proactive, focused, driven, enthusiastic, motivated and must enjoy the challenge and diversity of a busy role.
• Will be capable of working within an autonomous environment.
