Hilton Lord is a team of 3 directors who establish new recruitment consultancies by partnering with experienced recruitment professionals.
Typically, the consultants with whom we partner have been successful in a specific sector, but wish to retain a larger percentage of their billings and gain more control over the way they conduct business.
In each consultancy that we establish, you own 75% of the shares. In return for a 25% share of the company's gross margin, we build a company around you, providing everything you need to develop a successful business, then provide ongoing Accounting, Technical and Operational Support
The consultant in each partnership takes on the role of Managing Director, though initially the day-to-day role is very much that of a consultant. We effectively take on the roles of Financial Director, Technical Director and Operations Director.
Who are we looking for?
We are interested in speaking with people who have achieved the level of senior consultant (we may also consider people at consultant level with a solid track record) and would be interested in establishing their own consultancy. This may be with view to building your own team longer term, or simply to provide you with a higher income and more autonomy.
You should have a consistent record of monthly billings and feel confident that after an initial period, you could bill a minimum of around £5K per month.
We are particularly interested in recruiters with experience from a specialist consultancy, or from a multi-sector consultancy where you have focused on a niche area of business (Finance, Legal, Medical, Pharmaceutical, IT, Energy, Procurement, HR, Sales & Marketing, etc). We will also consider particularly strong recruiters with a generalist background. We are happy to develop businesses focusing on Permanent or Temporary / Contract Recruitment.
We would like to speak with consultants based anywhere within the UK (you would be able to work from home initially) and would also be pleased to hear from teams of consultants wishing to establish a consultancy with our support.
