Engineering Recruitment Consultant (Any Recruitment Experience Considered)

Based in Kent 

Exciting opportunities have arisen for 2 experienced Recruitment Consultants to join a highly successful recruitment Firm within the Engineering Sector. Despite the tough economic climates they have had record breaking sales figures and have incurred excellent growth within their recruitment team. They will offer you the following:

• Basic £18k - £24k dependant on recruitment experience
• Excellent commission scheme (up to 25% and constantly reviewed to ensure you are being rewarded for your efforts)
• Work for a small and highly successful recruitment team within a play hard/work hard environment
• Structured career path for you to aim for
• Training specific to your requirements
• Location; Beckenham, Kent

The successful applicant will display a number of characteristics and traits that are vital to succeed in recruitment such as confidence, resilience and ability to think outside the box. The candidate will ideally have:

• Any recruitment experience in any sector
• A proven track record of consistent billings over an extended period of time
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to win new business - this is a traditional 360 Recruitment role
• Desire to earn vast amounts of money
