Senior Recruitment Consultant -Freelance Contractors -Doncaster

OUR CLIENT
Our Client supplies Senior Engineers and Management Personnel to Infrastructure and Maintenance Projects within the UK working in Rail & Metro, Roads & Highways, and Airports and Water Industries.
ROLE
As the Leading Consultant of the Roads and Highways division you will be tasked with placing Candidates into positions such as:- Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers, Cost Engineers etc.
You will utilise your experience and skills to develop new clients, this will involve face to face meetings, and assist in gaining preferred supplies status with major construction groups. You will be competent in placing quality adverts and recruiting and carefully selecting applicants with the required qualifications and experience.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
** Have a consistent track record in Construction recruitment. (Preferably running a freelance desk)
** Be confident and capable of taking detailed job specification, writing & placing vacancies, interviewing both face to face and over the phone.
** Be self motivated and enjoy working and creating a high performing team environment
** Have a proven track record of supplying recruitment services to the major Construction Groups across the UK.
** Preferably live within a 30 minute commute and have your own transport
