Recruitment Consultant - Engineering Sector, Perms desk My client is one of professionalism, determination, success and is a fantastic organisation to be a part of. They have an outstanding reputation in the Engineering industry and will continue to shine within their market sector and are looking for Consultants to join in their success at their Birmingham branch. The Role: Alongside the usual responsibilities of a consultant, you will be managing your own area, your own clients and candidates and will have the ability to be in charge of your own success. You will also be responsible for aggressively developing business. Building relationships with customers, including your fellow employees, will be a vital part of this role. You will be expected to build rapport with clients over the telephone and via face to face introductions and to make suitable placements you will be required to know your candidates thoroughly. The Person: If you are a strong sales person with the drive and determination to succeed in a very fast-paced environment, then this may be the role for you. The successful candidate will need to have a strong sales attitude and the energy to develop new business, complete successful cold calls and ensure successful candidate placements. It is vital that you have strong communication skills to maintain good working relationships and an ambitious mind in order to drive your own progress forward. The successful candidate does not have to have Recruitment experience however, they must have a driving licence.
