Recruitment - Senior Recruitment Consultant - Technical - TelfordThe Remuneration:Basic salary to 24K depending on ability and proven recruitment history. Bonus is based on branch GP, Company Pension and Private Health Insurance after a qualifying period. 20 days annual leave rising with service.
The Recruitment Opportunity: Our client is seeking to employ a Senior Recruitment Consultant to cover their Telford branch.You will be expected to achieve targets and adhere to agreed work/action plans and comply with all legal requirements.
The Person Spec:Candidates with an industrial biased within the recruitment industry are sought from this client. You will have extensive knowledge of the geographical area and the companies within that location. Our client seeks those who can demonstrate solid communication skills, ability to win over new clients with your charismatic attitude, passion and interpersonal capabilities. You will also be skilled in maintaining existing relationships with all your recruitment partners, with effective negotation skills to ensure successful results are reached. Your ability to demonstrate good commercial awareness as well as a creative flair will be sought out at interview. Other desirable skills are resilience, tenacity and proactivity.
