THE COMPANY AND THE JOB

Our client is a niche player in both professional and technical recruitment markets with an enviable reputation for success. A senior researcher is therefore sought to maximise existing opportunities. Closely aligned with the consultants and account managers you will be working within the research team identifying and approaching key talent within the market. Whilst the company has a huge network of contacts you will be expected to source and headhunt your own candidates hence a proactive and hungry individual is required.

 

ABOUT YOU

You will require a minimum of 18months recruitment experience preferably within the legal or professional services market. A strong candidate focus is essential. The client and candidate base will be senior individuals hence you should have the gravitas and confidence to cut ice at these levels. The company operates a strong promote from within culture and with a number of the consultants earning six figure incomes through offering a consultative service your future will be bright within this organisation.
