Senior Recruitment Consultant

Bristol

Salary up to £30k, OTE £60k +

Our client is a very well established recruitment consultancy with 3 offices nationally. They have a solid reputation and a successful track record of achievement, building a business with a £multi-million turnover. They place individuals in to mid to senior level positions in a number of different industry sectors within commerce and industry as well as IT and Finance.

They are currently seeking 2-3 Senior Recruitment Consultants to work in their Bristol office. Your role will be one where you will be able to develop and maintain your own client base, meeting with clients and generating candidates for roles you are working on.  As a business, they are growing rapidly and you will definitely be able to develop your career in time.

We are seeking individuals who have recruitment experience in a traditional recruitment consultancy and your background can be from any professional services recruitment sector, ie finance, sales, marketing, IT, etc. You must have proven experience and either be ready for this next move in your career or you will already be in this style of role but want to work in a more entrepreneurial business with perhaps higher rewards.
