THE COMPANY AND THE JOB

You will be joining an established, international agency with a first class brand particularly in the Asia region. Well over a decade of trading has seen this niche firm go from strength to strength with an ever increasing portfolio of committed, enviable clients.

The international platform of this firm allows for a truly cosmopolitan culture and far reaching roots into Europe the USA and Australia all leveraged from this organizations overseas offices, all of whom work very much in tandem with each other. Success over the years has seen constant reinvestment in the business, this now includes state of the art IT infrastructure and a significant advertising and marketing budget.

The role will suit a candidate driven consultant or researcher, someone that prefers account management and delivery rather than business development and making placements. This is a high energy role nonetheless; you will be tasked with maintaining an extensive in-house database, ensuring that your target market is thoroughly mapped and that you / we maintain deep roots into the candidate community. This is a social meet and greet role with a large entertaining budget along with travel particularly in Asia.

ABOUT YOU

You will have solid experience of working candidate side in any professional recruitment discipline. You will have brilliant sourcing skills, the ability to think laterally and you will be adept at using online tools such as LinkedIn. You will also be a proactive, professional and sales driven head-hunter with the ability to inspire inactive potential candidates. Lastly you will have first class organizational skills and the desire to really make a mark in your next career move.
