Recruitment Consultant (Sales & Marketing in to Asset Management)
London
Salary up to £40k, OTE £80k + excellent benefits
Our client is an independent recruitment business based in Central London. They have been established for several years and have several very successful recruitment divisions
They are currently seeking an experienced recruitment consultant who ideally has a background in sales & marketing recruitment to work within their established sales and marketing division. The business has been established for over 30 years and is known as one of the most reputable recruitment businesses within London.
The role
The opportunities are within their very successful Sales & Marketing recruitment division. The business is very successful at placing all levels of candidates in to the various sectors including (marketing into) financial services, media and professional services. This particular role is to place individuals in to the Asset Management sector. You will benefit from reporting in to an experienced Manager who will support and help you remain successful. You will be hands on and will work by example, placing individuals at all levels within the given sector. The role will involve sales and business development, managing accounts and sourcing and interviewing candidates to present to your clients.
The person
We are seeking individuals who ideally have experience within the sales marketing recruitment sector or you may have also recruited other types of individuals in to the Asset Management sector as knowledge of this would be preferred. You will be a seasoned recruiter who has the ability to converse with clients and candidates at all levels and you will have knowledge and experience of conducting the full recruitment cycle..
