Job Description

We are currently looking to fill a number of internal positions within our growing organisation, including but not limited to Technical Recruiters / Consultants (Recruitment / Business Development) / Trainee Recruitment Consultants 

Our Technical Recruiter's day is varied having the responsibility for sourcing candidates from job boards, headhunting, networking, seeking referrals and quality resume submissions; Other tasks include Interviewing and assessing applicant's technical expertise over the phone; Coordination of the interview process between candidate and client; Briefing and debriefing of both parties; negotiating of rates, closing offer / acceptance; Reference checking

Our Consultant's (Recruitment / Business Development)responsibilities encompass business development and all aspects of the entire recruitment life cycle including cold calling with the aim of offering recruitment services into any sector, researching company, identifying decision makers, fulfilling job orders and account management.  They normally have previous recruitment experience in the Permanent or Contracts market and possess a real passion for their sector having a conceptual understanding of the technologies or skills required to fulfill the roles they are recruiting.

Our Trainee Recruitment Consultants are self-motivated, self-driven, enthusiastic individuals, either graduate or undergraduate, or an experienced telesales or sales consultant looking to a break into the recruitment industry. They have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, quick thinkers and driven by success.

• You will have an excellent telephone manner displaying a professional attitudeand approach at all times when dealing with colleagues, applicants and clients.

• You will be expected to carry out administration duties as required to service the client requirements and demonstrate a flexible attitude and a passion to succeed.
• If required, you will be meeting with clients face to face and work with the client manager to fulfill the requirements of your clients.
• These roles are target driven role. The target based environment means that you are motivated by measuring your performance at work against targets. The targets are achievable and fair - all you need to do is add your personality to the equation
