Job Description

This role is with an International provider of recruitment solutions, based in a stunning location in the City of London. They recruit into a number of lucrative markets including: Sales& Trading, Oil & Gas, Digital Marketing, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Accountancy & Finance, IT, Engineering and Media.

They are looking for their next intake of candidates to join their prestigious training scheme. They are now also accepting applications from fresh graduates!

They have a fantastic global presence as well as a formidable reach across England. Their current offices include London, Bristol, Essex, Paris, New York and offices opening in Dubai Spring 2013.

They are looking for trainee consultants who are interested in earning uncapped commission in what is a very fast-paced sales roles.

As a Trainee Headhunter you will be expected to do the following:

• Analyse candidates received from advertising / referrals.
• Perform interviews with candidates.
• Acquire job requirements from clients.
• Shortlist and present candidate to clients.
• Proactively source new clients - Attending networking events.
• Headhunt prospective candidates.
• Accumulate and utilise market information.

Successful candidates will have a hard working and target-driven attitude. A good academic background is important as is the desire to be in an environment which offers rapid career progression.

You will be rewarded with an uncapped commission structure which gives you the opportunity to take home £4k+ monthly paycheques in your first 18 months with the organisation.

The company's top performing rookie' took home a six figure salary in their first 18 months of employment. This is a trend which has continued throughout the years so there is a massive chance for money-motivated people to become very wealthy at a rapid rate!
