This Global Recruitment Consultancy specialising in a number of profitable markets including: Asset Management, Banking, Renewable Energy, I.T, Oil & Gas, Media Executives, Pharmaceuticals, Digital Marketing, Telecoms, Marketing, Sales, Trading, and Insurance is looking to hire a number of graduates on their trainee scheme.

They are looking for entrepreneurial, determined and ambitious individuals to join their team based in Central London.

There are also opportunities to work in their regional offices in Bristol, Essex, Reading and Surrey.

My client has a fantastic history of taking successful sales people who have become disillusioned with the industry and offer them an incredible earning potential in recruitment.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you are required to do the following tasks:

• Evaluate candidates received from advertising / referrals.
• Conduct interviews with candidates.
• Attain job specifications from clients.
• Shortlist and present candidate to clients.
• Pitch exciting opportunities and new ideas.
• Headhunt prospective candidates.

Successful candidates will have a good academic background, but most importantly will be focused on entering a target-driven environment where there is the opportunity for rapid career progression as well as significant earning potential within the first 12 months.

The success of the business means that there are opportunities to work abroad, build and run your own division as well as advancing to directorship and obtaining an equity stake in the business. If you have a desire to be your own boss within the next 10 years then a role in recruitment could be exactly what you are looking for!

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 weeks experience in a sales environment. If you have been in a frustrating telesales job or you have cold-called in a B2B/B2C, marketing, business development company then get in touch as you could be the perfect for this opportunity.
