New Business Sales Executive - Recruitment Solutions
Bristol
£20-25k + OTE £40-£45k 1st Year

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales driven individual looking to break into the lucrative recruitment industry.

This won't be a role for everyone, and the feint hearted needn't apply as this is heavily focussed on business development. That said, if you're confident, articulate and have a proven record of achievement in your chosen field of sales to date this could be for you.

Working specifically in the IT & T market place, your brief will be to develop new and existing relationships with clients both corporate and sme, assessing their recruitment needs and promoting the company's recruitment solutions. You should be adept at closing deals and creating opportunity in equal measure, and be confident in your ability to sell a service rather than a product.

In return you will receive a competitive basic package and commission could see you double that figure if successful. The brand is well known and the company have a large presence allowing future career development. You will be proactive but with a quality not quantity approach, and enjoy the challenge of a sales role and the rewards that come with it.
