International Candidate Manager

 

THE COMPANY AND THE JOB

Recruiters generally aspire to be doing something different than the competition, they look to add value to the process and enjoy international recruitment. This role ticks those boxes whilst operating a business support tool that underpins a very successful agency.

 

Your role will be to:

  • Become an expert in all recruitment regions / countries / cities in the world, from a cultural, visa, tax, cost of living point of view.
  • Propose and implement a global marketing and advertising strategy and maintain including reporting.
  • Screen CV's.
  • Educate candidates on country of destination and analyse realistic chances of them moving and grade against criteria.
  • Act as a lynchpin for global offices and be first point of contact for all managers and consultants in the teams for International candidates.
  • Review and refresh all marketing documents.
  • Track all pipelines and report.
  • Manage database of potential candidate, maintain contact and track.
  • Deal with post placement aftercare and on going tracking to ensure returnees are effectively dealt with.
  • Manage and organise International Team.

 

The role requires the ability to multitask and deal with an array of data on a daily basis. You will be dealing in the global markets so a clock watcher will not cut it. You will have excellent candidate skills with the ability to inspire confidence in individuals both through conveying knowledge as well as natural charisma.

You will be working with a global yet boutique, sector driven business. You will enjoy excellent systems including IT infrastructure / Marketing and a well drilled sales and delivery model. The firm is very well positioned in its core market with a track history of success, a strong balance sheet and portfolio of very successful directors.

 

ABOUT YOU

 

Ideally you will have relocated yourself with an understanding of overseas cultures. You will be a lateral thinker with an understanding of marketing/advertising strategies.

You will be passionate about international recruitment and looking for more than a job.

You will be able to convey knowledge to candidates as well as close them effectively.
