THE COMPANY AND THE JOB
You will be part of a research function supporting a highly successful team of search consultants. You will be responsible for developing contacts regionally, although predominantly in SG / HK / CN and Japan. You will be expected to research and understand industry trends, compile data from publications and the net as well as maintain an extensive database. At the same time this is a role for a highly proactive, sales driven researcher, you will be expected to proactively market core clients to your candidate base and build your network through constant referral generation.
You will be supporting a highly successful team of consultants all with extensive roots in their respective markets within APAC. The firm is a highly respected player in the executive search market, their vertical sectors are well defined and in every case their reputation is second to none.
ABOUT YOU
You will either have a years experience in research or a minimum of two years experience in a white collar recruitment market. Assuming the latter you will be adept at candidate management. You will be polished and bright with ability to command the respect of senior individuals.
