The role will see you working with senior consultants, supporting them at every step of the recruitment process, there is NO business development instead the maintenance of a vast inhouse database, market mapping, candidate screening and client management. ABOUT YOU
You will come from a professional recruitment background, any sector is fine. You will be a sharp headhunter able to secure talent, persuade and influence. You will have high Emotional intelligence, you will have first class candidate sourcing skills via mapping, online tools and be an effective networker.
