THE COMPANY AND THE JOB
You will be supporting a number of highly successful and experienced new business consultants whose remit is to break into PSL accounts, work with and develop new business from scratch. Once the door is open that is where you will step in with a remit to strategically build the accounts, network with Line managers, build up the Agency profile in the account and inevitably source and manage candidates through the interview process.
The organisation is one of the true superstars of the IT recruitment market in recent years with significant revenues and headcount. Their markets are typically high margin contract and permanent niche IT recruitment with a focus particularly on the strategic, business end of technology and clients are mainly in the banking market. You will work with some of the industry's key recruitment talent in a meritocratic environment that has no glass ceilings.
ABOUT YOU
You will have strong customer facing especially when being asked to present strategic sourcing strategies. You will have a demonstrable track record in technical recruitment and be adept at sourcing and identify talent in the candidate base.
