Social Care Recruitment Consultant
Manchester
£Neg + OTE £70K
My client is a market leading recruitment company specialising in a number of lucrative areas within the Social Care sector.
They are currently looking for an experienced recruiter to join their rapidly expanding social care team.
Your role will be to develop new and existing accounts and due to the market presence and reputation of my client, you will be expected to be closing deals in your first month.
The suitable candidate will be able to confidently add value to the business through strong business development and closing ability. A proven track record of success in a recruitment role is essential. You will ideally have experience in social care recruitment although this is not a prerequisite for an otherwise strong recruiter.
Upon joining, you will be given a very competitive commission structure and your career progression will be clearly defined and will be based purely on the results you deliver.
