The job
Working with the business managers you will be responsible for all non fee generating activity allowing the managers to concentrate on their teams and the MD to focus on strategic growth. Responsibilities will cover IT, hardware, software and support, accounting payroll, credit control, commission payments, timesheet issues, HR issues, liaising with all suppliers, negotiating pricing, marketing and PR activity, internal recruitment, internal training, business development from a tendering perspective, reporting and budgetary work. To facilitate this you will be responsible for a number of internal staff and will report to the MD.

This is a well known Staffing business covering a range of white collar recruitment sectors. With a significant number of offices and fee earners in the business an operations director is required to gather up the various strands of the business and work to ensure their ongoing improvement.
About You
It is essential that you have significant experience in the recruitment / staffing industry. Your breadth will encompass at least one agency with a minimum sales headcount of 100, you will have moved through the ranks into management, understand budgets and have worked in a role requiring operational input.
