JOB TITLE: Recruitment Consultant - IT Graduate/Trainee
This is a unique opportunity for a trainee recruitment consultant who is eager for promotion and success. This role will quickly move to Consultant status and then Manager. You will be a motivated person with a determination and ambition to place IT consultants into top-tier Blue chip clients. JOB TITLE: Recruitment Consultant Graduate / Trainee
SALARY: Basic £18,00 - £50,000 with holiday incentives, sports Fridays, Weekends away
LOCATION: London, Clapham Junction
THE ROLE:
· Successful applicants can expect 6 months of solid one-on-one training in negotiating, marketing, advertising and sales.
· With aggressive expansion plans over 2009 you will quickly become a key member within the organisation and should aspire for rapid career progression in line with their expansion.
· You will placing high end IT professionals into various commercial and professional clients supplying them with the developers, JAVA and Oracle consultants on a contract and permanent basis.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
· You MUST be a bright graduate from a top 20 British University.
· The right candidate will be extremely polished, confident and out-going.
· You must be eager to get on the telephone and be able to think your feet.
· You must be committed to a role in recruitment, have a strong understanding of the industry and be incredibly motivated by money.
· You will ideally have extra-curricular interest, sporting hobbies or other interests.
