Recruitment Consultant/Business Manager- Healthcare sector Your Profile You have proven recruitment experience over a good length of time and are looking to get into a more secure sector within a growing company.If you have experience within public sector recruitment then this is a distinct advantage.You will have worked ideally on a contract or temp desk or have the desire to move into a role within this capacity. You have good experience of dealing with senior level candidates and clients and can adapt your style where needed. You are of Graduate calibre and consider yourself to be incredibly articulate and credible. You are tenacious in approach but enjoy the consultative side of selling. You work well alone and can be accountable for your desk as well as working well as part of a sales team. If you have management or mentoring experience then this is an advantage. The Role As a business manager within this boutique business you will be accountable for the whole recruitment process across a portfolio of strategically key clients. In addition to developing existing business you will be responsible for gaining new clients using the vast network of contacts this company has. Working in the Public Sector across Healthcare,you will be dealing with senior level candidates within this professional- project managers etc. You will use contacts within the local government to generate lead and new business. You will manage and control the whole recruitment process from shortlisting to negotiating fees at a high level. The beauty of this role is the scope for progression. You will be joining at a crucial time for the business. Over the next 12 months they intend to grow, so they are looking for managers/directors of the future.
