New Business/Telesales Executive for Successful Recruitment Business!

£18k - £25k Basic + Uncapped Commission

Based; London (Liverpool Street area)

• Are you a motivated, ambitious money hungry individual keen to begin a career in recruitment?
• Do you have previous sales experience but have found it difficult to get that first job in recruitment?
• Are you motivated by money and willing to work hard?

If the answer to the above questions is YES - then you have just found your next recruitment employment opportunity! My client is a specialist nursing recruitment agency who due to continued success is now looking to add to their small but successful recruitment team and build the next generation of recruitment consultants for the company. They like to take on sales people who are new to recruitment with no previous recruitment experience.

My client specialises in the recruitment of nurses on both a permanent and temporary basis throughout the UK in the NHS and Private Sectors.

You can expect to receive:

• Uncapped Commission - where you control how much you earn - Earn £50k - £60k in your first year - very realistic!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented salesperson who is keen to break into the recruitment sector. You will be provided with all the necessary tools and training to help you start earning commission quickly and start planning how to spend your well earned bonuses. The key aspect of this role would be to develop new business opportunities and when you bring on new clients it is up to the other recruitment consultants to fill the jobs (which they are very good at!) and you will start earning commission. For every bit of business that comes in from a new client you will receive bonus on!
