Nursing Recruitment Consultant - Medical Recruiment

• Basic £23k - £30k, Dependant on Recruitment Experience
• Strong Commission Structure up to 25% (Uncapped) - realistic OTE in first year £50k

Our client is a market leading recruitment business who solely operates within the Nursing sector. They are an NHS framework provider who cover a wide range of nursing specialities including RGN's, RMN's, ITU, Theatre, Paeds, A&E, Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses and HCA's.

As well as recruiting Nursing professionals into the NHS they also recruit for care homes, private hospitals, clinics, GP Surgeries etc.

Due to continued success and growth they are now looking to add to their recruitment team based in London. You will be joining a tight-knit team who are looking to exploit the growth opportunity they have at present. There is a structured career path for you with very attainable room for progression.

The ideal candidate would have experience of recruiting nursing staff and we are happy to hear from applicants who have worked either on or off the framework. However if you are keen to work within Nursing recruitment but your recruitment experience is within another sector then we would still be keen on hearing from you.
