The Medical Recruitment sector is as buoyant as always. The need for doctors to work in Public and Private Hospitals in Canada (and most countries across the world) is continually growing. This market is extremely candidate driven and we are seeking experienced recruiters who are able to source, attract and assist suitable doctors for their endless list of clients. You will be sourcing doctors from Canada, but also sourcing doctors from across the globe. You will be supported by a resource function, which is exceptional, with existing resource functions in the UK, Europe, Australia and Asia!
As with all recruitment posts, this role has its challenges! However, the rewards massively surpass these and you will receive support from your colleagues as well as the director of the organisation - who despite the companies success still has a very hands on approach.
We are interested in hearing from experienced recruitment professionals, ideally from a doctors recruitment background, however we would consider applications from other professional sectors. You must have a steady recruitment background and be keen on a permanent move to Canada.
