Based in High Barnet, covering North London & Hertfordshire, we are looking an organised, energetic, SENIOR PERMS CONSULTANT, looking for a great company who value their people & invest & develop them - a culture which recognises commitment & achievement.

Leading a small, friendly team, you will be independently resourcing social care & housing professionals for permanent roles.  This is a very 'hands-on' role, supporting your team by pro-actively attracting & interviewing candidates, arranging interviews & filling vacancies.  With your managerial skills & experience, you will be motivating a passionate team of consultants, setting targets & measuring individual & team performance through weekly one to one meetings and business reviews.

As a highly driven recruiter, you will focus your passion for sales & experience of business development to expand our existing client base & develop strong business relationships throughout London & Hertfordshire.  Motivated & energetic, your driven personality will reach out to both our loyal & new clients, as your understanding of their needs & determination will exceed their expectations & spot opportunities to grow the business.

You must have:

 - Min 1 year experience in recruitment, sales, business development & people management

 - Perms experience

- Care / Education sector experience desirable but not essential

 - Full driving licence
