Recruitment Consultant - Start up Opportunity

Start your own recruitment consultancy with none of the headaches associated with setting up and administering a business.

Would you like to be the Managing Director of your own consultancy?

Set your own working hours & work without geographical or vertical market restrictions, with the benefit of working from home and retaining the majority of your billings.

Partner with Hilton Lord Associates to establish a business in which you own 75% of the shares. In return for 25% of your billings, we will establish and support your business on an ongoing basis, leaving you to continue the role of recruitment consultant. We will effectively carry out the roles of Financial Director, Technical Director & Operations Director for your business.

We are small team of specialists with expertise in finance, company administration, IT and commercial direction, focusing exclusively on the recruitment market. We have the skill sets required to create and run a successful business.

We would like to hear from experienced recruitment consultants based anywhere within the UK.

Our model does not require a cash investment from you.
