Managing Consultant - Industrial Recruitment Perms - Chesterfield
The Package:
Basic Salary 24-30K depending on experience and track record, car allowance approx 500pcm, plusextensive benefits package and bonus scheme. Training and Career progression.
The Role:
Are you able to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a busy industrial recruitmentbranch? Can you specifically focus on the achievement of pre-set activity levels, achievement ofbudget and leadership of your team? Our client is seeking applications from those existingRecruitment Branch Managers or Team Leaders able to take a pro-active approach, leading byexample in all aspects such as sales activities, developing a network of contacts, attend businessfunctions.
Fully focusing on raising the profile of the branch, building effective relationships with existingand/or potential clients, ensuring at all times that your team are motivated in effective acting as arole model. Empowered to ensure that all clients and candidates are provided with an exceptionallevel of service and that the team understand and adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
Experienced Branch Managers/Team Leaders already working within the Industrial or TechnicalRecruitment world will be considered for this prestigious role. You will of course haveSupervisory/management experience gained within the recruitment arena, be a strong teamplayer/relationship builder. You will be KPI driven and able to influence and achieve set targetsthroughout the branch.
