Part of your role will be to develop business relationships (both new and existing) within your assigned technical market, as well as building strong candidate relationships. Researching and following up on new opportunities will be on the agenda, as well as interviewing candidates and taking job briefs from clients. You will put your negotiation skills to the test when you discuss pay rates and salaries, as well as closing offers to candidates.
