This is a superb opportunity for someone with a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience to take on a true Business Development Role.
My client is one of the leading consultancies in the IT sector and consistently ranked one of the best companies to work for. They are looking for someone to further develop existing clients as well as bring on new accounts, and this is a truly client facing role where you will be backed up by experienced consultants who will fill the roles; your job is to manage the clients from initial expectations through to client entertaining and ongoing management.
Backed up by a truly world-class company, you have a very good story to tell, and you will spend a considerable amount of time out at client sites. If you are a successful business developer, who relishes the challenges that client facing roles demand, but hate filling jobs, this could be the ideal next move.
You will be targeted on generating leads and appointments and be able to mentor consultants in closing deals where you will often take the lead. OTE is readily achievable and the career path opportunity to board level is available.
