The Package:
Basic salary of £20-25k plus excellent commission. 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Hours of work 9-6pm with one late night and early finish on Friday. A good support network to assist you in making the most of this opportunity for yourself.
The Recruitment Brief:
Our client is currently looking to recruit experienced IT Recruitment Consultants for their IT division in Bromley.
As an IT Recruitment Consultant you will work on a wide variety of vacancies sourced from existing PSLs together with your own sales efforts.
Responsibilities will also include new business development, ensuring adequate candidate inflow and maintaining our very high standards of service delivery. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a solid record of achievement as an IT recruitment consultant and be hardworking and enthusiastic with the will to succeed.
You must be capable of operating in an ethical and professional manner and possess strong communication and customer handling skills.
