Senior Recruitment Consultant, specialist IT markets, City Of London £25k-£35k + OTE
M client is a specialist global IT recruitment consultancy, covering a wide range of specialist vertical markets.
Established in 2001, the team has grown to 30 strong, with plans to considerably increase this, turnover has increased from £1million to a projection of £8million this year. With over 30 years recruitment experience between the managers, they truly are a mature business who are very much the opposite of the ring the bell'/'boiler room' culture.
As a consultant within their organisation you will be given the full autonomy to run your own desk, as much as this may sound like a clich?you really will be allowed to fully do your own thing in running your business.
Just some of the technologies covered are SAP,ERP,Oracle, Middleware, Oracle Fusion, BA Analytics, Microsoft apps and .Net.
Successful candidates will be tenacious, driven and very money hungry; you will be motivated by a more consultative approach to recruitment, a far cry away from micro management.
As the market has slowed down quite dramatically, my client will only consider proven specialist IT recruiters with a minimum of 3 years experience within their specialist field, in addition to this they will only consider consultants who have billed £250kGP within the last 12 months, or are on course to do so by the end of 2008.
This is a new business role, therefore you will be required to generate activity from day one, candidates with a European focus are of particular interest.
