Responsibilities and Scope:

• Contribute to the success of the practice by delivering a sustainable revenue stream
• Market, win and deliver landmark assignments that continue to raise the profile of the practice
• Contribute to the marketing initiatives that maintains Our Clients as a credible brand and trusted recruiter and partner
• Establish sustainable and enduring client and candidate relationships
• Effectively utilise all Our Clients contacts, relationships and collateral to further develop business with existing clients in the sector
• Develop and maintain a high calibre candidate network to meet and exceed client expectations on retained searches
• Support opportunities Our Clients have identified to be a topic speaker, exhibitor or events organise & sponsor
• You will continually strive to raise our average salary for role we recruit, as we increase the level of executive we recruit for and the level of business we engage at.

Person Specification

Experience

• Has a significant track record of personally winning and delivering landmark assignments finance appointments at the highest levels
• Has a strong track record of winning retained work
• Can demonstrate the development and management of a quantifiable and consistent revenue stream
• Possesses advanced sales, client management and account development skills
• Understands and can articulate, the key business drivers of their marker
• Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

Ideal recruitment industry experience

• IT
• IT Executive
• Business change or Management consulting Exec Search

• Extrovert and consultative approach
• Looks at what is happening insides and outside of their company to benchmark ideas and services
• Produce prototype or pilot services to solve client needs/ pain
• Analytical and structure approach to get from Idea to completion
• Strong mentor and enable other to take a practical and structure rapport to concluding/ producing project or assignments
• Is compelling, credible and distinctive as a leader and a fee-earning Consultant
