Sales Executives wanted for career in Recruitment
Location: Dublin
Salary: 28K - 35K and uncapped commission and benefits

Due to increased activity and growth the Elan Dublin team have several new openings for energetic, fun and sales driven individuals who are looking to join a well established sales and business development team. We are looking for experienced sales individuals who are effective business winners, with an interest in IT recruitment. This is an ideal position for someone with a strong B2B sales background looking to get into recruitment. You will develop knowledge, skills and clients by approaching new business leads and dealing with established and new clients. This role will involve generous amounts of telesales and cold calling, business development and client management. In addition to your sales appetite you will posses excellent communication and client presentation skills, be computer literate with good organisational skills. You will have a desire to learn, have a tenacious and hardworking attitude to work and be able to work in a pressurised target-driven environment.
