Reporting directly to the Head of Resourcing, you will be responsible for placing senior management candidates across all industry sectors in both the private and public sector.
The job is very interesting and immensely rewarding, involving more networking than head-hunting, and intelligent business development based on relationship building rather than cold calling.
Our client offers recruitment solutions as part of an overall consulting and training package, and as such you will be an integral part of the recruitment element that delivery process. You will be allowed (and indeed expected) to manage yourself and your time fairly autonomously.
The company is not big on job titles, and this role could be offered as Senior Consultant, Divisional Manager and such. The point is that this role is for someone who doesn't really care about that, but wants a serious career with the following benefits:
