Recruitment Sales Manager - Surrey Basic salary flexible depending on experience. The Company My client is a fantastic independent IT specialist recruiter based in Surrey. The Role The Recruitment Sales Manager will be responsible for developing both new and existing accounts through pro active sales activity. The company already have a number of well established clients. You will also be responsible for managing a small team of Resourcers and consultants - setting KPI's, setting and managing targets, motivating and increasing productivity. My client is flexible and would like to see anyone who they feel can add value within this role. As such, they are willing to modify the responsibilities of the Recruitment Sales Manager to suit each individual. The Person The successful candidate will have an excellent track record of winning new business, preferably within the IT sector. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to identify and engage new clients as well as increasing revenue within existing accounts. You will also be a proven recruitment manager and will have had responsibility for coaching, motivating and setting targets/KPI's.
