The suitable candidate will have progressed rapidly up the recruitment ranks and will currently be in a role which combines fee-earning with management. A track record of hiring and developing teams would be a distinct advantage.
Additionally you will have the ability to inspire and direct senior management by offering them operational and budgetary support, advising and implementing team structures, providing medium and long term vision as well as driving revenue by major account strategies. Our client's international expansion means that experience of cross-border work would also be of interest.
