An established and recognised leader within their specialist markets, my client is part of a listed recruitment group with offices across Germany and the UK. Operating for over twenty years they are renowned for their quality of service and integrity and provide staffing solutions on both a permanent and interim perspective.
We are now recruiting for a Manager for the Sales & Marketing division based in Frankfurt. This is a senior role and the successful candidate will be given full responsibility for the management and development of the division.
You will therefore possess exceptional drive, take responsibility for your own actions and have a high commercial outlook with a view to building a long term business. Ideally you will have previous management or team leading experience and with a focus on sales and marketing you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record.
As a proven leader you will be passionate about leading and have the ability to motivate and inspire teams, implementing innovative solutions and providing a strategy for continued success.
You will be joining an organisation that recognises the importance of attracting and developing the best talent and a company that is passionate and focussed on delivering excellence. An intensive training program utilising both internal and external consultants is available to ensure the success of yourself and your team, leading to opportunities for career progression.
You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and you will either have held a similar position within Germany or will be looking for the next step in your managerial career. Either way you must have first-hand knowledge of the German market and must be able to converse fluently in German and English.
On offer is an excellent package including a basic salary up to 70K plus a guaranteed commission scheme for the first year, company car and traditional company benefits together with all the support you would expect from an international organisation.
