Our client is a very successful recruitment firm who recruits nurses and doctors into both private and public hospitals across the UK and Globally. Due to continued growth and success they are looking to add to their recruitment team in London.

The Medical Recruitment sector is as buoyant as always. The need for doctors / nurses to work in Public and Private Hospitals is still extremely strong. This market is extremely candidate driven and we are seeking experienced recruitment consultants who are able to source, attract and assist suitable doctors and/or nurses for their endless list of clients. You will be sourcing Medical Professionals from the UK, but also sourcing doctors and nurses from across the globe. You will be supported by a resource function, which is exceptional!
Recruitment experience is essential, in any sector, and they have posts for their permanent and contracts team. This company has a very low staff turnover and would be looking to speak to recruitment consultants who are keen to develop a long term career. There are opportunities to grow into a management role, as well as scope to work/relocate to some of their international offices which include Canada, Australia and South Africa.
As with all recruitment posts, this role has its challenges! Before placing any candidate there are a number of compliancy checks that need to be carried out (which you will largely be carried out by the support team) and this market has become competitive. Therefore our client is looking for a recruitment consultant who likes to play hard and work hard. The rewards are great and you will be supported by an experienced recruitment team as well as a very strong brand.
