Our client is one of the worlds leading suppliers in the oil and gas markets. They are currently undergoing a revolutionary change programme to improve how they can attract the world's leading talent. Consequently, they have a requirement for a dynamic and pro-active recruitment professional to join their ever expanding team. Internal Recruiter (Contract) Oil and Gas / Engineering Aberdeen - Responsibilities Acting as the focal point for all recruitment related issues, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment 'lifecycle' across a range of technical and non-technical roles. The emphasis is placed on sourcing candidates directly and therefore you will need to demonstrate and utilise an innovative range of sourcing techniques. You will have additional support from the central recruitment team and an established portfolio of external suppliers. Demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills you will be expected to manage and utilise this resource effectively and efficiently. In order to excel in this role you will need to develop and maintain a broad knowledge of the marketplace and competitors, providing an effective recruitment and selection process. This knowledge will be further utilised by recommending and assisting in the development of internal recruitment strategies to maintain competitiveness in hiring Internal Recruiter (Contract) Oil and Gas / Engineering Aberdeen Key Skills · Detailed understanding of a broad range of direct sourcing methodologies · Proven track record within the engineering / oil and gas markets · Experience of identifying and managing third party suppliers · Sourcing and / or mining active candidates on relevant CV databases and search engines · 'Passive' candidate research and attraction through networking, referrals and headhunting · Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) · Sound understanding of the use and application of candidate management systems · Exceptional time management and organizational skills with an 'eye for detail' · Excellent communicator with the ability to drive change through influencing others · Ability to work to a high standard individually or as part of a team · Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships In return our client offers an excellent remuneration package and should the role prove to be a success there is a strong possibility of the contract extending or being made permanent.
