Account Development Recruitment Consultant London
£26-30k basic + £60-80k OTE
Team background and strategy:
The Oil, Pharma and Transport team has been one of the highest billing C&I finance teams since 2001, currently with Circa 130 temporary staff. The team concentrates on developing and maintaining key accounts based in the London region, through the provision of a value added service for both clients and candidates which in-turn cements the strong relationships that have been developed.
As a team our client will continue to grow their temp numbers through the development of the key clients whilst exploiting potential areas of growth in individual industry sectors associated with the key clients. The Oil, Pharma and Transport industries are still relatively under developed and there is opportunity to deal with both business development and account management.
Person Profile/ Qualities:
The team requires a consultant who can stamp their mark on a number of client accounts. A strong personality coupled with an ability to look at the bigger picture is essential. The consultant will need to have an energetic approach to their work and must be willing to take on extra tasks when required.
Essential skill set priority/ What do you want to see on a CV?
·Previous account management / sales experience with a vision for maximising sales growth.
·Growth of a key account through relationship development, networking and persistence.
·Use of innovative approaches to developing the client account
